The Board of Directors would like to thank the following homeowners who have volunteered for the ARC –

The ARC will continue to evaluate requests such as lighting, color changes, small landscaping improvements, and tree addition or removal. The ARC will also continue to do periodic inspections to ensure compliance with the Hunton Estates community standards. The Board, ARC, and management will work together to improve communications with regards to the community standard of the landscaping of lots and in improving the condition of turf, shrubbery, etc. We sincerely hope that this will help in improving cooperation and lead to a better looking community with more consistent curb appeal. The Board would like to thank the volunteers who have stepped up and offered their time to help the community!
ALL applications and necessary attachments should be sent via email to the ARC. If needed, requests for the larger/structural items mentioned above will then be forwarded to to the outside firm. Payment will be requested from the homeowner.

Architectural Review Process
The Architectural Review Committee exists so that Hunton Estates can remain a special place to live. Anyone wishing to make external changes to their property must meet the association requirements for modifications and submit and application before initiating work.

The Design Guidelines, as well as other legally binding documents, are provided to homeowners prior to closing on a house. Please read the guidelines and application requirements carefully before submitting your application.

Submit your application, along with any other required documentation to HARB@huntonestates.org. Please allow the allotted time period for your application to be reviewed. Incomplete information only delays your project.
ARC Review
The Board will review your application and perform any site inspections outlined in the association documents. You will be contacted if the ARC has questions or if there are problems with your request. Note - the ARC enforces community guidelines but it is up to you to make sure you meet local permit requirements.
Approval or Rejection
You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your request. If you have questions about the disposition, please contact Walston Management at (804) 477-5597 or the ARC chair.
